JTC Annual General Board Meeting 4pm 19 NOV

Dear JTC Members

The Jerrabomberra Tennis Club (JTC) would like to invite its members to the Annual General Board Meeting (AGBM), to be held on Sunday 19 November 2020 at 4pm.  

The key purpose of the club’s AGBM is to elect Directors to our JTC Board.  Members can nominate for any Director position of the board by undertaking the following:

  1. Advise the position you would like to nominate for
  2. Engage the support of two active JTC members
  3. Email secretary@jerrabomberratennisclub.com.au – including advice of your proposed position and the names of the two active members who have agreed to support your nomination by Sunday 12 November 2023

Please note – the following positions will become available:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Membership Officer
  • Facilities Officer
  • Junior Officer(s)
  • Sponsorship Officer
  • Club Captain
  • Media Officer/Social Officer
  • Member Protection Information Officer.

At the start of the AGBM all positions are declared vacant and voting for nominated representatives is undertaken by those active members in attendance. Persons who nominate for roles must be in attendance to participate in the election. We encourage active members to get involved in promoting our club values, implementing our business plan, and contributing to the broader community.
